I rented out a beach house for Christmas with my family . At first I was a little skeptical because I never used iTrip before. They kept in communication with me up until the trip. Everything was amazing! The house was spacious and clean. There was a shuttle that took us to the pool/beach. I would definitely recommend and rebook in the future.

The place was just as pictured in the ads. Customer service replies were almost instantaneous. Easy beach access and easy walk to upscale Rosemary Beach. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in a rental. The water was somewhat “sulfurous” so I’d recommend guests bring bottled drinking water. Not suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs.

The property was clean and organized. Very conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The beach was within walking distance and Siesta Key Beach was 5 minutes drive. Check in & check out process was easy. Overall, we had a great time at this property.

This condo is ideally located. Just walking distance to downtown Aspen and all the main trails but in a quiet spot. The property is well equipped and has everything you need. Just sometimes hard to find it all. We were still finding new items the day we left. The balcony overlooking the park was great and we enjoyed being out there. A really great additional feature

The condo was the perfect location and the layout was great for traveling with our 17 year old daughter. She had her own space (and bathroom) and we had ours. It would have been nice to have a bigger TV in the main living area but that isn’t a deal breaker. We would book again if we find ourselves heading to Park City!
