Excellent place to stay. The shuttle bus was very handy and reliable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfy. Nice kitchen (although missing many cooking fundamentals, which they fixed the ones we asked about immediately, but the kitchen stock needs a thorough review)

1. Parking polls between designated spots are difficult to maneuver. 2. Beds in the second bedroom are very noisy and need new mattresses. 3. Location to St. Armand’s circle is terrific. Place could use a simple toaster. We never found ice cube trays or a simple box of tissues. 4. Generally speaking it is a wonderful unit.

This property is perfect: spacious, well-appointed, comfortable furnishings, comfortable kitchen with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub are delightful set in large patio with adjacent to a par five on Palmer course. Distance from tees is between first and second shots so we had no issues with golf balls on the patio. We have happily booked for next year.

Beautiful, clean spacious home in a great location- would stay again in a heartbeat. Walking distance to food, close drive to downtown, quiet neighborhood - ideal for trip with or without kids. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo. With it's two bedrooms, kitchen, and washer/ dryer, it is a perfect space for families. The condo is across the street from the beach and is an easy walk. Also within walking distance are numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery store, and shopping. Make sure you people watch on the patio facing Gulf Boulevard.
