Location was awesome! Unit could use some updating. Maintenance came and advised us not to use master bath because of leak underneath us. Maintenance returned the next morning at 9 with plumber and they left about 9:15 for parts. They finally returned at 2:30 to repair. Our day was screwed because of that. Other than that one-day loss it was great.

This condo was perfect for our stay at Kiawah. Warm and inviting. Great location. Especially loved the convenience to the west end of beach on our bikes for dolphin watching. Also convenient for all things Kiawah! I'm planning to stay here again!

this trip was the best the property we rent was perfect the bedroom the bathroom and kitchen was clean. the room i most love is the master bedroom and the bathroom, in the kitchen all the utensils was there u do not need to bring anything love this place

We loved our stay in our condo! It was the perfect size for my husband, my 2-year-old and myself. We loved that everything was clean and they had many of the supplies we needed. We also loved the location with access to the beach and a pool.

I would recommend that you put some instructions on the fridge for future guests.we had no idea when the trash pickup day was.also I could not figure out the thermostat as it was way to cold in the house but I couldn't figure out how to turn it up.the white furniture had stains on it and is not family friendly.my bathroom had hairs in the shower that were in there before we even used it.thank you
