We stayed at 1050 Tompkins drive in Port Orange. The house was absolutely beautiful and most importantly, clean! They had everything we needed as a family there, towels washer and dryer and an amazing book they put together about the house, and wonderful things to do around town. We will defiantly be staying there again.

This condo was so cute and the location to downtown was in walking distance. My girlfriends and I had an amazing time. We will definitely rent this condo again for a girls trip weekend. The booking process and communication with the rental agency was always very attentive and would respond in a very timely matter. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again for a great stay.

We loved our stay in this unit. It was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach and grounds. The pool was well maintained and had plenty of lounge chairs. The unit had plenty of glassware and dishes for our use and even plastic cups to take to the pool. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

This was the perfect place for our family to spend a long weekend on Kiawah. We’ve been coming to Kiawah for over 25 years and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The lagoon view was fantastic especially during a couple early morning rains. We really appreciated the obvious care that’s been shown to keeping the place clean and modern. We can’t wait to stay again.

Fun time in a great location

If you're looking for a standard beach house in a great location, this is your spot. Public access a 5 minute walk away and a few fun restaurants and bars nearby. You could definitely park your car and enjoy a week here without using it. Our only negative was finding a few dirty dishes put away in the cabinet when we arrived - otherwise, all good.
