Close to Park City, quiet, mostly below ground, no view
"The picture of the rooms must have been taken with a wide angle lense. It looks bigger and brighter in the picture than it is in reality. The space was comfortable, the beds were comfortable.
The condo is half underground. When they say you can eat outside, I envisioned sitting on a patio and overlooking the mountains. The patio is 4 feet below ground with a cement wall around, and the upper part looks at the cars in the parking log. That was disappointing.
The recreation center looks wonderful from the outside. When I tried to enter, I couldn't because there was a key broken in the lock. I was able to get in because there was a large space between the door and the jam, and I used the key the way you'd use a screwdriver to slide the lever back.
There weren't enough towels for 4 people to have a towel to shower and one for the hot tub.
It took a while to find the hot tub. It would have been nice if they had left directions. It's outside, which is lovely.
The pool is outside and summer only. The ad didn't mention that.
I don't recommend this condo for a romantic getaway, for older travelers. It isn't luxurious. You have to walk down stairs to get to the entrance, it wouldn't be good for people with disabilities.
It was quiet, which was wonderful.

Cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I felt like it was my own hom
"My sister, brother in law and boyfriend rented this place the last weekend of Sundance. What a great deal and price for the location of this condo. I definitely will be going back. The condo had everything you need for a fun filled weekend of skiing and snowboarding. We cooked at home one night and the place had all the amenities we needed. I felt like it was my own home. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again. Beautiful, relaxing, clean and well maintained. Centrally located to the resorts, downtown Main street, restaurant and stores."

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at our Powderwood Resort property in Park City and for sharing your feedback.
We are very pleased to hear that you found the property to feel like home; that is very much our intention and what we strive for. It is fantastic to know that the home had everything your group needed for cooking, relaxing and having a great time in Park City. We work diligently to maintain each property and are committed to deep cleaning each home following every Guest. Sundance is definitely a perfect time to visit if you plan to ski and snowboard most of the time. It is usually the case that less people are at the resorts riding while the Sundance Film Festival is going on.
Thank you again for your business and detailed review. We look forward to your return to Park City and hope that you will choose to stay with us once again.
