About Park City Vacation Rentals - 1705 Park Ave

Convenient, comfortable, cozy 2BD/2.5BA+Loft located close to everything in the Park Avenue Condominium complex . Located just steps away from the free Park City shuttle stop where the 2 block ride to Park City Mountain Resort is less than 2 minutes. A full service grocery, Starbucks, and Cole Sports are right across the street. Main St shopping and restaurants, Deer Valley and The Canyons resort are a quick free shuttle ride from the stop just outside your door. The beautiful17th green of the golf course is just outside the back door. The home has easy 1st floor access and features a private covered parking area and plenty of secure storage for skis and bikes.

The bright open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including range, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. In addition there is a toaster oven, microwave, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment and has place settings for 8 people. The flow through dining/living area creates a setting for relaxed conversation over a meal.

The living area has comfortable seating and TV with cable and DVD player. The golf course just outside the rear door provides beautiful views year round and spectacular sunsets. Wireless internet access and an in unit washer/dryer add to the convenience of this Park Avenue home.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath. There is a 20 inch television, a wet bar, sink and microwave to provide comfort and privacy. Sliding doors open to a full balcony to make the room open and full of light.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a 13 inch television and features a full closet and plenty of room to relax. The loft has 2 twin beds a 13 inch television and common use computer. A full bath is located between the second bedroom and the loft.

This comfortable home is centrally located and will be a great location to enjoy all the the Park City area has to offer.
