From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf. Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), Jacuzzi, fitness center and game room.

Next door is Schooners Beach Club, the famous local beach club in Panama City Beach. Step out of the pool and head to Schooners for an awesome lunch or an ice cold drink. Walk over and explore St. Andrews Park. Bring your fishing poles. Stringers full of fish are caught off the rocky points and piers in the park.

From the 6th floor balcony a birds-eye view of the Gulf of Mexico, the Panama City Beach coastline, St. Andrews Park, the harbor entrance, historic Panama City on the harbor and the intercoastal waterway - step out onto our balcony.

Our smoke-free, unit sleeps 6 comfortably in 1 King bed, hallway bunks, and a convertible sleeper sofa. Master bedroom has a combination tub/shower, 24" TV with DVD and VCR. There is another full bathroom with shower only, with entrance from the hall.

Living area houses a 27" TV along with a DVD/VCR for your enjoyment and a queen sleeper sofa.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and toaster. You will be fully prepared to make a snack or a complete dinner. unit is cooled by central air and ceiling fans. Stacked Washer and dryer included.
