Good location - big kitchen - dog friendly

Pros - cool house for a family party - great pro kitchen and big eating area, game room, and big yard with fireplace. Full linens and towels on arrival was really convenient. *Dog Friendly* Cons: very uncomfortable furniture - you really can’t sit and hang out. King bed mattress was bad, and all pillows were awful. Ok for a short trip but we didn’t get much sleep. Bring your own pillow.

Bluewater 1102 was amazing! One of the cleanest and well stocked Condo that I have rented!! All the beds were comfortable, which is a plus! Pool is nice, but such a short walk to the beach. Grounds were maintained nicely. Renting from itrip was as easy as can be! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We loved this condo. Great location with a short walk to the lake. The pool is pretty small, but it we had it to ourselves most of the time. The bedrooms are all a good size and we loved the open floor plan. The patio is really nice with a view of the lake. Remember to bring trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc.

Simbe Run is a nice condo complex and the unit was very nice and well equipped. Though a mile away from the ski resort, the bldg offers a VERY convenient shuttle to/from both the village and lionshead so didn't need to worrying about parking. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location with Exceptional view

The Condo was exactly as pictured online, only the view was so much better. We arrived and everything was clean & neat. All we had to do was add the groceries. It was when we arose the next morning that the view over the Monterey Country Clubs second fairway was so stunning, the mountains were covered in snow almost down to the desert floor. We’re already planning our return.
