Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium with that beach feel you will feel at home the minute you arrive. Come stay in our gulf front condominium and enjoy the serenity of panoramic the views. Romar Place is a luxuriously appointed, non-smoking unit. The view from the balcony of the breathtaking Gulf and the white sandy beach below gorgeous and just an elevator away to enjoy!

The unit features a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer inside the unit for your convenience. The dining area seats six and there are two bar stools as well.

The living room features a sofa sleeper and 31" TV. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and 21" TV. Two guest bedrooms feature a queen and a double bed. There is also a 21" TV in the guest bedrooms. Living area is tiled and all bedrooms are carpeted.
