Phoenix IX is situated close to Perdido Key in Orange Beach. This beach front complex overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Ole River and St. Johns Bay on the other. This unique building boasts oversized luxury condos and fabulous outdoor and indoor amenities.

With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. The unit is appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and a wet bar with ice maker in the dining area. The living room boasts a 36" flat screen TV and DVD player. The master suite features a king bed with a 25" flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a jetted tub and a walk in shower. Guest bedroom has two queen sized beds and a 21" flat screen TV. There is carpeting throughout the living area and bedrooms. The unit also features a full size washer and dryer.

The dining area seats four along with four bar stools. The balcony has a table and four chairs.

Wireless internet provided.

Guest is required to purchase parking passes on site at front desk - $12 each + tax and there is a limit of 2 (cash or check only)
