As others have mentioned, could definitely use some sort of privacy buffer from the neighboring units on the deck, for the hot tub etc. Aside from that it was absolutely amazing, sitting in the hot tub listening to the waves crashing on the shore is hard to beat. Would definitely stay again! (Waves on this beach aren’t great for body surfing/surfing, maybe just the time of year not sure)

Everything was nice. The apartment is well located and stuffed. The welcome package was nice. The rental office always answered our questions and left very good instructions. We had a little trouble with the heat in the second floor but we finally managed it but turning off the heat at night. The water filter of the refrigerator needs to be changed .We enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at Sandy Shores and it was exactly what we were looking for. Great location and SUPER close to the beach. Unit 227 was clean and slept our family of 5 comfortably. The location was not overly touristy which was a plus. Easy drive to historic St. Augustine.

Nothing better than stepping out onto the sand, moseying down a path through the dunes, and arriving at the beach. The cottage is charming, clean, and quiet. Amenities are provided, and nearby stores and restaurants make your excursions away from the beach easy and pleasant. I have nothing unpleasant to report about my stay and I can't wait to return.

We had a great time at the Golden Getaway. The house is in great shape and very well equipped. Everything is new! The pool provides a perfect place to hang out with family and friends. Highlights for us were breakfast on the back porch overlooking the state park, fishing in the nearby canals, and grilling in the shade of the ground floor patio. Nice grill too!
