Stayed at the San Carlos for Hangout Festival. 4 professional women that attend every year. This condo blew us away! Super spacious with Gorgeous decor, super comfortable beds and with amazing proximity to festival activities. Planning to book again for next year!

Our studio itself was comfortable in building #1. The studio could have use some tweeking. The coffee maker took 25 minutes to brew one pot of coffee (big to us). But...it was comfortable and the pools were nice...once again just needed some big pots with plants...a bit more FL spiffy! Over all not a bad place to stay since can walk across the street to Bonita Beach!

Place was nice, clean and in good condition. ITrip team was friendly and helpful. Only concerns wee small in that some of the appliance were old and did not fiunction well...missing some basic kitchen utensils. Other than that...all good. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the House of the Sun and found the accommodations more than satisfactory. The accommodations were quiet and a good starting place to visit other places on Siesta Key. We found the condo very clean and loved the fact that we could do our own cooking. We will definitely visit again sometime.
