The whole experience renting this condo was excellent. From the communication from Carla to all the contents of the condo were all exactly as expected. The only downside was parking which was limited to 2 cars for a place that sleeps 12 so just make sure you do some planning on that front. Other than that, everything was perfect and would recommend this spot to friends/family.

Traveling with 5 is a challenge, pay for 2 rooms or crowd into 1. Renting a house is an ideal solution and La Valencia exceeded my expectations. We were able to spread out with room to spare and a short walk put us right in the heart of St. Augustine. Highly recommend, especially convenient to Flagler college.

My family stayed in this unit and it was perfect for us! It was well stocked and was very clean. Lots of space for our family of 5! Close to restaurants and grocery store and only 5-10 minutes from hot springs & shopping in Pagosa. Would highly recommend!! We will definitely stay here again!

we had a wonderful stay in Simba Run 1423. well laid out apartment with wood burning fireplace which we used every night. great convenient shuttle between the condo and vail. great service from both the condo and itrip.

Our stay in this lovely place was wonderful! It is decorated beautifully and is very welcoming. The location works very well for anything and everything there is to do in Pagosa Springs, Co. We will return again and again.
