The Surf Perch is extremely comfortable! The kitchen is beautifully appointed from the soft close cabinets to the granite countertops. The sofa and beds are very nice. The bathrooms are updated and charming. This really is a wonderful home away from home in a great location. We will definitely book another stay!

Thank you so much for a wonderful trip. The location is excellent along with the beautiful beach views. The place was clean and has anything you could possibly need for a great vacation. We were even lucky enough to check in early and the check in process was quick and easy too. We definitely recommend this unit!

We spent a week at Marco. The house was clean and well supplied. There were chairs and beach supplies. The walk to the beach was easy and just a short distance. Mark was very responsive and added suggestions for us for things to do. We also enjoyed the heated pool. It was a great place to stay and location was perfect.

This is our second time staying at this location. This condo is located on a beautiful stretch of beach, the condo itself is great, the neighbours are friendly and we plan to return again in the near future. The Dionne's from Niagara Falls (Canadian Side)

We had a lovely stay and the home is amazingly comfortable! Furniture, beds and linens all great and kitchen well stocked. Porches are lovely and surprisingly quiet street for being so close to all the shopping and restaurants nearby. Already planning to return!
