Welcome to 51 Seagull Lane, located just north of Bethany Beach, Delaware, in Gulls Nest, a gated ocean-side community. Just steps from the private beach and Atlantic Ocean, Gulls Nest offers sun and sand in the summer months, and a quiet, tranquil getaway in the off season. And with beds for 12, and three full baths, this home is perfect for large groups of family and friends (including pets!).

The Great Room, spanning almost the entire length of the house, is perfect for entertaining large groups. With a large dining room table and bar at one end, and a smaller card table at the other, there is space to feed all of your guests and visitors. There's also a 48" plasma HD TV and high speed Internet access for those (hopefully few) rainy days.

The kitchen has newer appliances and there are two outdoor showers.
