We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation.The Kozy Lodge was such a cute cabin.It was clean, comfortable and in good repair.It had everything we needed.It was very convenient to everything but not right in the middle of town.We celebrated our oldest daughter’s 30th birthday and enjoyed our time together.Would dedicate recommend to others.The daily free ticket was a very nice bonus!

This is our second time staying in this complex. We have been very pleased both times with the location and the quality of accommodations. Everything is very clean and comfortable. We enjoy having a garage, The pool area is excellent and the general area is quiet and has great access to restaurants and shopping. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Perfect for a family Steamboat getaway! Kitchen decently equipped, though we didn’t cook much. Location was great—loved just walking out the door to hike, but quick drive into town still. Saw a moose out the window one day! Could maybe use some new pillows; otherwise, everything was really comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at 1307. The house was clean and spacious. The dishes and glassware were great. They had all the utensils and cookware, needed. The pool was heated, which was nice. A great outdoor area by the water. The location was perfect for us as we explored the area. Highly recommend.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was beautiful, and we loved the short distance to the pool. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo is well-equipped with many amenities. The condo was clean and well- maintained. We appreciated the communication from management about some repair issues. We would definitely stay here again.
