We had an amazing trip. Condo was in a great location. Beach, pools, home was amazing. Restaurants were great. Only complaint is the floors were very sticky, sandy, and there was food under the furniture. Floors could use better cleaning.

We were a group of 12 people which easily fit I the house. I loved that each room had its own bathroom. It was very comfy and was easy for all of us to eat meals together at the big table. Loved the outdoor shower, perfect for getting the sand and salt water off before heading inside.

The house is really nice and big. You can find there all you need for beach days or toys for kids. I won’t give a five stars because we found that could have been more cleaned and some other problems ( bike tires flat and no pump, lights not working) Clearly it is not the owner fault but lack of Attention of the organization for the renting.

The iTrip team was incredibly helpful with access info and responsive throughout. The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked, from the well-equipped kitchen to ample linens and towels. Its prime location near the heated pool with stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountain and the Palmer Private Golf Course made our stay unforgettable. We'll definitely be returning!

The property is placed nicely relative to the beach.Road noise is a bit much during the day but at night it is low to none.There is a bit of hardwood floor noise when walking around but that is expected with any old property.I recommend the property for small modest family looking for a good beach stay.
