The large pool/spa and deck area includes a spacious lanai (covered area), tables, chairs and lounger chairs (optional pool heat $25/nt during Winter months).

Downstairs bedrooms include a king master suite with large private bathroom with a flat panel TV. Also on the first floor is another king master suite with private bathroom and flat panel TV. You will find one more bedroom on the first floor with two single beds and a shared bath and a flat panel TV. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with its own flat panel TV and shared bath and another bedroom with two full beds and a bath, this bedroom also has a new flat panel tv.

You will enjoy the spacious living room with a large flat panel HD LCD, TV/DVD comfortable seating which includes a sofa sleeper which allows this house to sleep up to 12 people comfortably.
