Great place! .. Mermaid Cottage is magical. So envious of the creativity that went into this house. Tiny and quaint on the outside but don't let that fool you, this place is very spacious. Well kept and most important...clean! Loved the fully stocked coffee bar. Close to EVERYTHING in St. Augustine. Again, the repurposed creativity and decorations are amazing

We enjoyed the spacious 3BR Condo. The place was beautiful. We enjoyed both the outdoor and enclosed pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. We also enjoyed the roomy closets and dressers, since we stayed several days. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the TV/DVD when we lounged in the Living Room. Everything worked and we were very pleased. We will stay here again!!!

The place was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Entry was a breeze! If you’re looking for a place away from the city noises, a place to reconnect with nature, a place to enjoy outside for its beauty… this is your place!. The host Steven was very helpful with answering all of my questions, and was quick to respond.

Very nice property! Clean, well appointed and comfortable. "NO" complaints of the property, great location, close to everything. Only issue, which to be fair is unavoidable, is that the parking situation, is less than ideal. But if your stay in Annapolis is to primarily visits Annapolis, and most of your time is gonna be spent in Annapolis, than driving is not necessary.

We just got home from a weekend trip at Beachside Cottage. It was wonderful! The home was very clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very quick and easy. The communication was great! We loved our time there! Thanks for a great stay!
