We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at the Ptarmigan House in Steamboat Springs. We had a party of 6. Condo was clean, easy access to both the mountain/chair lifts and Steamboat Village. Check in and Check out experience was fine.

Very convenient to beach, shops, restaurants and attractions. House was very clean and tastefully decorated. Well stocked for dishes, etc. but only 1 kitchen towel and 1 dishwasher pack for a 3 night visit.

Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Nice views. We walked the dogs down the path to the downtown and found a very dog friendly patio at Backyard Grill. A great location and a nice place to stay. Would check Little Moon availability first when returning to Steamboat.

Sanibel 1701 was fabulous! Everything about this condo was top notch! If I ever have the opportunity to return to Gulf Shores for another vacation, I will definitely want to stay at Sanibel 1701 again!
