This home is wonderful! It's in a gorgeous neighborhood in the Foothills, spotless, and meticulously kept. It has all of the essentials you might need while on vacation for the household and for cooking, etc. The home itself is super comfortable, large, and spacious, and has a wonderful back yard. Also, the management are super responsive and helpful. I can't recommend this property enough!

We have been vacationing in Florida every year for over 16 years. With that said dealing with various rental agencies each visit. I am extremely impressed with how easy iTrip was to book through. Nothing complicated, very informative, and all around great experience!

Beautiful view and cabin but what a drive!

Beautiful cabin with a lovely view. Enjoyed seeing the black bear almost daily. The drive was the only downside to the cabin. It’s steep and treacherous, especially at night. If you are planning daily outings to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge they are 30-45 minutes away. Some destinations are longer such as Cades Cove. Cabin was clean and decorated nicely, beds are super super soft though.

The facility is in the last 3% of a renovation. Everything looks great. The floors have been epoxied and new balcony handrails. The unit has new decor, tile floors, fairly spacious. We would rent again! The view was fantastic.

Nice place, good location!

Overall we liked the condo, great space and good location b/c I have family in Eagle-Vail. It's convenient to get to Vail or Beaver Creek to ski. The place could use some TLC, fresh coat of paint, new linens and it was FREEZING when we arrived, temp at 50. Also, the clothes washer does not drain properly it needs a quick repair. Love the wood burning fireplace and deck.
