We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at old town bungalow. Very clean. Very roomy although there was just four of us. But it was perfect as we are a family of four with two adult sons. Nice fenced backyard with grass for our pooch. In the heart of old downtown but quiet. Good communication and information from manager.

The house is in a great location and walkable to just about everything. The house has enough amenities to get you through a week, however it could use some TLC and updating. Overall we had a great time and plan on coming back to Carolina Beach.

Great location and people watching front patio! Beachy and comfy. Old but clean and well equipped. We rent front and back units so we have 2 patios, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens! Best value on the island. Loved our stay!

We had a great time at the Mint House! The beds and sheets are comfy. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Super quiet location. Great hangout spaces upstairs and downstairs. Walk to Sugarhouse park super close. Close to shops and restaurants and close to the UofU. We would totally stay here again!
