At the Beach Club located on Fort Morgan, Avalon 801 is an unbelievable east corner unit with views from every room! Each bedroom has it's own balcony access. This is the perfect unit for your large family!

The spacious fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops. There is plenty of seating at the dining table with seating for six and there are four bar stools. Washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience.

The living area has a large flat screen TV and tile flooring. The views from any angle of the living room are AMAZING! The master bedroom features a king sized bed and 37" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with 20" TV. Third bedroom features a double bed and 22" flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and 19" TV. There are mounted hair dryers in all bathrooms. Bedrooms are carpeted.

Wireless internet provided. Two cars allowed.

There is a $38/day fee (up to $182 for 7 days) to use the clubhouse amenities (payable directly to the Beach Club)
