Loved our stay. The walk even with kids was an easy ten minutes to the lift. Loved also the short walk to restaurants and the grocery. The condo was equipped with a great little kitchen, but make sure you bring an hdmi hookup for any tv watching with apps and your own device. Besides that, we loved our stay.

This place was wonderful for our family of 7. Modest sized house, but setup really well. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. Good kitchen and the location was great for us as we headed up to Bogus Basin several days. We will definitely look to book this one when we are back in Boise.

We had a great time in OC this year and it was a pleasure being back at the BelMare condo. It is so close to the beach, boardwalk and in walking distance to all our favorite dining spots. The condo is equipped with everything we need for the week and we enjoy sitting out on the balconies. We are looking forward to spending another week next year!

Excellent unit in the best location! Beautiful views, restaurant downstairs, christy sports downstairs for gear and rentals, and an amazing cookie shop on the way out of the building that is so delicious and smells so amazing walking out every day :)

Loved the home and the location onLittle Balboa Island. The weather was a little cool and rainy, but it didnt dampen our time spent with family in this cozy and comfortable home. We hope to return again next year.
