We supply toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent (yes, there is a washer and dryer as well), liquid soap, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, and finally a vacuum cleaner to use as needed. There is a 2 car garage that can fit 2 average-sized sedans or one large SUV. There is also space for parking in the driveway behind the garage. This is a big benefit given the limited parking in Corona del Mar during the busy summer months.
My favorite part of this vacation home is the spacious rooftop deck that features brand new upscale patio furniture that you can relax in while you enjoy a glass of Chardonnay or Merlot watching the luxury yachts cruise by. If you stay there long enough you will surely see a dolphin or two, you will definitely hear the sea lions barking off in the distance hanging on to the buoy, and a local pastime is watching the pelicans diving for fish nearby. I would time all of this just before sunset so you can take in the beautiful skies at the sun sets behind Catalina Island off in the distance!
