Mermaid cottage was a perfect spot for my family while staying in St Augustine; We would definitely choose to stay here again while in town. The home was very clean, comfortable and everything but beach towels were provided. It is just a short 8 min drive to the downtown area from the cottage.

Our stay was great! I was very impressed with the condo. It was clean and had plenty of room. All the condos face the beach. The beach was beautiful and not over crowded. The workers were very nice and helpful. We will definately be back to stay at the Beach Club.

My wife and I spent 5 days in this nice 6th floor condo with a perfect view overlooking the ocean. Everything was as advertised but it would have been nice to have a bit more bathroom soap and TP! Quiet location right on the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were very impressed with the care of the complex, the property is very well maintained from the pool to the grass. Had some noise from the condo next door but not to bad. Condo itself was in decent shape, the dryer itself was very old and should be replaced. Overall we were pleased and would stay there again.

We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to visit. The location is perfect. A horse drawn carriage went by the front of the house regularly. Easy drive to grocery and other places. House was clean and had everything you need. We stayed a week following a cruise. We would certainly return here. This was not our first trip to St Augustine but it was our best one.
