The location was quiet and beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were attentive. I recommend this rental for a chance to renew yourself with a peaceful break from the whatever stresses you may be experiencing. Enjoy!

My wife and I along with our adult child had a fantastic week at the Perdido Sun. The facility was in great shape, our condo was superb, and the attention to detail provided by Dan and Patty was remarkable. We had two small issues while there and they were taken care of within an hour of our contacting the hosts. We hope to stay at this location again.

We absolutely loved our stay in St. Augustine! This home was beautiful, clean, safe, easy to check into and overall amazing!! The attention to detail was spot on! We will stay here every chance we can when visiting St. Augustine!

When we got there, we had to clean out the microwave & toilets. Whoever cleaned them last, did not do a good job. Also didn't have enough comforters for beds, I think two were missing because we couldn't find them anywhere. Think the washer & dryer could be updated. Overall it was a nice condo, just needed a little better cleaning. Loved the location, amenities, pools & Bikini Bob's!

Host was responsive though when I reached out to ask questions! The home was a little outdated (rips in carpet, bathroom/showers). Needs better instructions how to use free shuttle and how to get to hot tub/pool. Based on prices of other options, I would say this is worth the price paid!
