Perfect location! Walking distance to grocery store, beach, restaurants. Beautiful view of beach from large balcony.Maintenance was quick to respond to a very minor issue regarding a leak.Only complaint: we love to cook (we celebrated an early Thanksgiving here), and found the knives to be quite dull and difficult to use. A very minor complaint, of course, but wanted to leave the feedback.

This condo was perfect for our 6! Family of 4 and grandparents! We had a terrible storm and lots of flooding but HOA had one pool up and running ASAP! Condo was super clean, well maintained, and updated, along with a closet full of fun for the beach!

We had an incredible time at this condo. We spent a lot of our time playing games and going to the pool. This unit was equipped with all the necessary cooking items to eat our meals in. We were able to easily walk into town and enjoy the mountains! Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Condo, right on the Beach

Our Condo at The Royal Palms was beautiful! Perfect for a couples getaway! It appeared to be newly remodeled. Very cute, clean and quaint! One bedroom with King bed and 2 small bathrooms. Bunk beds in the hallway, so would work for couple with 2 small children. Pool was closed at the time for repairs, however not an inconvenience because the Ocean was beautiful! Great location!

I would get a modern coffee maker, like a Keurig . I would put in high-def TV's. I would store all the beach equipment in the storage locker. The water faucet, in the small bathroom, barely flows. Otherwise everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. Bob Clark
