This is our 2nd time staying in a house managed by iTrip Charleston Beaches. They do a nice job, are well organized, and very efficient. The Opal House is a well appointed house with nice amenities. We had everything that we needed from meal prep and serving, to relaxing on the porches, and having movie night. We enjoyed our time and would not hesitate to stay again.

This place was exceptional. It had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. There were even floaties for the pool and bikes to ride around the golf course. We did have a couple of questions when we first got there I sent an email to Cindi and she responded quickly. Highly recommend! Thank you for making our stay exceptional. Tina

We loved every minute of our stay at Marlin Key 3C. The condo unit was absolutely beautiful!! The view from the master bedroom was superb! The property was well maintained and felt very family oriented and safe. The walk out to the beach was short, which was nice. The beach felt very private with low crowd volume. I believe this is our new go to place for our yearly trip to the beach!!

We really enjoyed the downstairs condo. It was a perfect size. The pool was amazing and the walk to the beach everyday was unbelievable! Thank you! I would suggest to add a railing for the front porch stairs. It was a little difficult for the older folks to navigate. Other than that perfect.

Lola's Hulu Hut was a hit

We had a nice relaxing time. The condo was clean, everyone was nice, and if you get to the beach by 9:30 you can grab some front row chairs. The kids loved it. There is a shuttle that runs around the complex and the wait time is anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending on the time of day.
